  • If you feel pain in your chest, become short of breath, or begin to have an irregular heartbeat, immediately contact your doctor.
  • If you experience depression or hallucinations after a Duraclon treatment, tell your doctor as soon as possible.
  • Call your doctor if you develop a fever, sore throat, get the chills, or have a painful or hard time urinating.
  • Symptoms of a severe allergic reaction to Duraclon include developing a rash, breaking out in hives, itchiness, trouble breathing, a tight feeling in the chest, or swelling of the face or mouth.

Common Side  Effects of Duraclon

  • Duraclon may cause you to become sleepy, dizzy, or light headed. Avoid alcohol or other drowsy medications, they can increase these side effects. Do not do anything that requires your full attention, such as driving, until you know how Duraclon will affect you.
  • After a Duraclon treatment, you may experience dry mouth. Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated. Chewing gum, or leaving hard candy in your mouth may also help relieve dryness.
  • You may become anxious, confused, feel weak or tired, or start to sweat after being given Duraclon.
  • A Duraclon treatment may cause you to become constipated, nauseated or to vomit.
