Exforge Treatment and Use
Exforge | amlodipine / valsartan is a drug that’s prescribed to treat hypertension and is manufactured and marketed by Novartis Pharmaceuticals. The active drug components of this drug are amlodipine, which is a calcium-channel blocker, and valsartan which is an angiotensin II receptor antagonist. Together they are two antihypertensive components that come in a tablet. The FDA approved Exforge | amlodipine / valsartan in June of 2007.
