Family Planning
It is not known whether Gadoversetamide has an effect on fertility or poses a danger to pregnant women or infants of nursing mothers. Use with caution and only under necessity.
General Warnings
- Gadoversetamide may increase the risk for nephrogenic systemic fibrosis (NSF) among patients with impaired elimination of the drugs.
- This drug should not be administered to patients with chronic, severe kidney disease or acute kidney injury.

Gadoversetamide comes in the form of an injection into a vein through an IV administered by a nurse or doctor at a hospital or health clinic during the MRI.
