Jantoven Treatment and Use
Jantoven is a brand name of the anticoagulant medication warfarin. This medication reduces the nmber of clots that form in the blood in order to help prevent instances of thrombosis and thromboembolism.
Originally, warfarin was a pesticide used against rats and mice. To this day it is still used for this purpose.
Although warfarin and other anticoagulant medications are popularly called “blood thinners,” they don’t actually make your blood thinner. Jantoven | warfarin also doesn’t clear up existing clots.
Jantoven | warfarin side effects

Patients taking Jantoven | warfarin should be cautious when eating fresh produce or taking supplements containing vitamin k. Regular blood testing for the international normalized ration (INR) must be conducted to ensure that a safe and adequate supply of warfarin remains in the blood stream.
Warfarin also interacts with many different types of drugs. Patients taking Jantoven | warfarin should tell their doctor about every medication or over the counter drug they are taking before beginning treatment with Jantoven | warfarin.
