- Patients with abnormal liver function, non-small cell lung carcinoma, a history of platinum-based chemotherapy, or those who receive higher doses of Taxotere face an increased risk for treatment-related mortality while taking Taxotere
- Severe hypersensitivity has been reported in patients receiving the suggested 3-day premedication. If you experience any symptoms relating to this condition, such as rash, hypotension, bronchospasm, or anaphylaxis, stop taking Taxotere immediately and consult with your healthcare physician before continuing dosage
