• Do not take a greater dosage of Aciphex than your doctor has prescribed, as this can result in a dangerous overdose. This can result in symptoms such as watery diarrhea, difficulty breathing, convulsions, tremor, and in more serious cases, coma.

Aciphex Treatment and Use

Aciphex | Rabeprazole is a delayed-release capsule manufactured by Janssen Pharmaceuticals that comes from a class of medications known as proton pump inhibitors (PPIs). Aciphex works to reduce the levels of acid in the stomach by inhibiting the action of proton pumps that are found in acid-producing cells in the lining of the stomach.
