Bactroban Treatment and Use
Bactroban | Mupirocin is an antibiotic, used in the treatment for patients suffering from impetigo, and also treats other bacteria caused skin infections. It comes as an ointment, and is applied to the skin.
How it Works:
Bactroban is an ointment, used on the skin, sometimes three times a day for one to two weeks time. It is not useful in the treatent of fungal or viral infections, but is used to treat primarily bacterial skin infections.
